The ZK26 series is a medium-sized and large-sized CNC facing head used on boring machines, machining centers, and specialized machine tools,etc. It consists of a rotating body and a supporting body. The support body is installed on the main machine casing, and the rotating body is powered by the machine tool spindle with a 3:1 transmission ratio through the end face key to rotate.
The sliding plate is driven by the servo motor inside the support body in the form of the machine tool U-axis. Its CNC system is equipped with a rotary encoder as a detection and compensation device, which is a semi closed-loop digital control system that can achieve precise, fast, and high torque cutting, suitable for equipping large and medium-sized CNC machine tools.
