The horizontal NC indexing table is an ideal functional part of large size horizontal machine centers, floor type borng and milling machines. Used as the 4th axis, Its spindle is vertically installed on the table of the machine tools. The rotary table can complete all kinds of indexing rotating works under the control of the relevant control system of the host machines. Driven by servo motor, it can complete any indexing on the circumference of 360°.The face table can be equipped with plates, discs or other parts with complex shapes to realize the processing of equal and unequal holes, grooves or continuous curves.

Various table sizes: table diameter is from 500mm to 3000mm or with rectangular faceplate , also can be manufactured as per customer's requirement.
High accuracy and great durability: adapting a special anti-wearing alloy of bronze/nickel precision dual lead worm wheel and hardened steel worm shaft to ensure long term indexing accuracy.
High heavy loading capacity: special axial-radial roller bearings are incorporated to provide high rigidity.
Large braking torque: multi-brake disc system offers superior clamping force, insures smooth maching without deflection under heavy load.

Adapting 2pcs or 3pcs Hirth coupling for positioning, repeatability can reach 2 sec.Besides accuracy will not be changed over long time operation.
