Horizontal Vertical Rotary Table

The horizontal vertical CNC rotary table is an ideal functional part of all kinds of CNC boring and milling machines, machine centers. Used as the 4th axis, the rotary table can be installed vertically or horizontally on the machine tools. It can complete all kinds of indexing rotating works under the control of the relevant control system of the host machines. Driven by servo motor, it can complete any indexing on the circumference of 360°.The face table can be equipped with plates, discs or other parts with complex shapes to realize the processing of equal and unequal holes, grooves or continuous curves.

Various table sizes: table diameter is from 100mm to 1600mm, also can be designed and manufactured as per customer's requirement.
High accuracy and great durability: adapting a special anti-wearing alloy of bronze/nickel precision dual lead worm wheel and hardened steel worm shaft to ensure long term dividing accuracy.
High heavy loading capacity: special axial-radial roller bearings are incorporated to provide high rigidity.
Large braking torque: multi-brake disc system offers superior clamping force, insures smooth maching without deflection under heavy load.
